What if I have a question relating to feeder insects

It is our goal to have every person who purchases our books or videos to become an independent breeder in feeder insects. If for any reason you reach a road block I encourage you to contact me by email at info@wildlifehub.com or via our Contact Us page. We can answer your questions via email or Skype Conferencing. Remember there is no such thing as a silly question.

How secure if your payment processing?

We use the world renowned and completely secure 3rd party payment processing gateway PayPal. This service is used by millions of online businesses to process payments.

How do I access my electronic books?

After you have purchased your book(s) you will receive a confirmation email explaining the process. You will be asked to confirm your details, and then click on a link to access your book(s). You will also receive an email from Paypal confirming your purchase.

In most cases you should receive your email instantly or within a few minutes. If for some reason you don’t receive your confirmation email, please refer to the below Q&A relating to “What do I do if I can’t access my video series or books”.

How do I access my Video Series?

When you purchase a cricket book (either electronic or paperback) we will send you a link to a members area to access your videos. Once you are in the members area just simply enter a username and password and you will be able to access the videos.The login area is located at the top of the page in the menu area.

 

How long does the Video Series go for?

You can stay a member of the mentoring program for as long as you want. You can unsubscribe yourself by following our simple process- refer to Q&A below “How do I Cancel The Membership”

What do I do if I can’t access my video series or books ?

We apologize you didn’t receive your product straight away, the good news is that in most cases this is quickly rectified. The following list outlines the most common reasons and how to access your product:

  • Our emails go straight through to your inbox’s ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder. Please ‘whitelist’ our email address by adding it to you contacts list in your email account.
  • Depending on your server, there may be a short delay. In most cases you should receive your emails instantaneously or within a few minutes.
  • Depending on your operating system, the book file (PDF) may not open directly, but be displayed as a flashing icon on the bottom of the screen, which you need to click.
  • Your email address has changed and is not updated with your membership account. Please ensure that your email address is correct and up-to-date in your membership account.

Can I suspend videos and then resume?

Unfortunately, our system does not facilitate temporarily suspension of memberships. We can’t stop and then restart. However, so long as your membership is active, you will always have access to the video series, as they never expire. So when you are ready simply pick up where you left off and work through them at your own pace.

How do I cancel the membership?

To cancel your membership, simply click on the Unsubscribe link and fill the Membership Cancellation Request Form, then click submit button.

I’d like to give a testimonial as your program really delivers. How can I do this?

I really appreciate your offer! Testimonials are really valuable to me as it helps us improve our site and also helps others keep inspired. Thank you! Please send us your testimonial using the Contact Us page at the top of our menu. We value your privacy so please advise what format you would like your name listed. For example for John Smith options include; full name; J Smith; JS; or remain anonymous. Please advise if you wish to have a city and country listed.

I’ve forgotten my password! Help!

If you have lost your username and password, please visit the members area and click on the “lost your password” link. You can then change your password details, which will then be automatically emailed to you.

When will the Complete Mealworm Breeding Manual be available.
